Returns Information
At Éclat, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to absolutely love your purchase — but if something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized pieces (including engraved or made-to-order designs) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:

Email support@theeclatjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, we’ll begin production on your replacement piece (please allow standard 2–3 days for production time).
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare case that your jewelry arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item passes inspection. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
